ولد عام 1957/ حصل على شهادة الكفاءة المهنية في التصميم والإشهار/ و حصل على شهادة دكتوراه شرفية من المركز الثقافي الألماني ببيروت ـ لبنان/ يعمل في الوقت الحالي كخطاط ومصمم/ ممارس لفن الخط العربي التقليدي والمعاصر وباحث في شؤونه الفنية والمعاصرة/ عضو في اتحاد الفنانين التشكيليين بتونس/ وعضو لجنة تحكيم مهرجانات الجزائر السابقة للخط العربي وعضو شرفي لدى جمعيات الخط العربي في العديد من الدول/ وشارك منذ عام 1987 حتى عام 2020 في العديد من المهرجانات والملتقيات المحلية والعربية والعالمية وتحصل من خلالها على عديد من الجوائز الرئيسية والتقديرية والدروع والميداليات والتكريمات/ أصدر كتابًا فنيًا يحمل اسم “لحن الكائنات” للشاعر أبو القاسم الشابي ونال من خلاله وسام الاستحقاق الثقافي الرابع/ كتب خطوط الُعملة الورقية التونسية وبعض العملات المعدنية/ كتب الخطوط الخاصة بـ 6 مساجد في تونس.
Born in 1957/ He obtained the certificate of professional competence in design and advertising/ and the Honorary Doctorate from the German Cultural Center in Beirut – Lebanon/ He is currently working as a calligrapher and designer/ He practices traditional and contemporary Arabic calligraphy and is a researcher in the artistic and contemporary affairs of the Arabic calligraphy/ He is a member of the Tunisian Visual Artists/ He is a member of the arbitration committee of the previous Algerian festivals of Arabic calligraphy, and an honorary member of the Arabic Calligraphy Associations in several countries/ He participated in many local, Arabic and international festivals and forums from 1987 to 2020 through which he obtained several major awards, shields, medals and certificates of appreciation/ He published an art book entitled “Lahn Alkaanat (the melody of objects)” to the poet Abu al-Qasim al-Shabi, by which he was granted the fourth Order of Cultural Merit/ He wrote Tunisian banknotes and some coins fonts/ He did calligraphy works of 6 mosques in Tunisia.
